INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE –
EVO machine: 900g of product + 2 liters of milk
Sorbetizer: 900g of product + 2 liters of milk or 1.8 liters of water.
Nina: 450g (half a bag) of product + 1 liter of milk
Espresso coffee can be added to the mixture to embellish the final product.
The recommended dose for optimal results is 4/6 cups of espresso to be poured directly into the Evo machine or sorbet maker during preparation.
For Nina, 2/3 cups of espresso will be sufficient.
For a creamy product that is closer to an ice cream-soft, the most suitable machine is the Evo.
Excellent results can also be obtained with a sorbet maker. In the version with milk you will have a creamier texture, while if the powder is diluted in water you will get a product that is grainier and closer to the classic sorbet.
