Rosy red and white layers of soft texture, excellent fat meltiness, bringing a savory but delicate flavor to the palate. The aroma is pleasant, too, recalling sweetness, noble molds and spicy notes.
This is our Pancetta, processed according to an ancient peasant recipe: only selected domestic pork, garlic, rosemary, chili pepper and … a light touch of smoke. In addition to as an ingredient, thinly sliced you can
serve it in the charcuterie board: from tasting it on its own to pairing
with pears and acacia honey it will never cease to amaze.
