INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE –
EVO machine: 900g of product + 2 liters of milk
Sorbetizer: 900g of product + 2 liters of milk or 1.8 liters of water.
Nina: 450g (half a bag) of product + 1 liter of milk
For a creamy product that is closer to an ice cream-soft, the most suitable machine is the Evo.
Excellent results can also be obtained with a sorbet maker. In the version with milk you will have a creamier texture, while if the powder is diluted in water you will get a more grainy product close to the classic sorbet.
