Pelati Napoli, like Supersalsati, are characterized by a high number of berries per can, the absolute integrity and ripeness of the berries, and the absence of skins. They differ from Supersalsati in that the sauce for Pelati Napoli is less dense than the previous one. It is therefore suitable for longer cooking.
