INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE –
EVO machine: 1000 g of product + 1.8 liters of water or 1000 g of product and 2 liters of milk
Sorbetizer: 900g of product + 1.8 liters of water.
Nina: 500 g (half a bag) of product + 0.9 liters of water
For a creamy product that is closer to an ice cream-soft, the most suitable machine is the Evo.
Excellent results can also be obtained with a sorbet maker. In the version with milk you will have a creamier texture, while if the powder is diluted in water you will get a slightly grainier product close to the classic sorbet.
