PREPARATION:
Time: about 3 minutes
Whip the cream and milk with the bagged product on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into the appropriate cocotte and place in the refrigerator. At the time of serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and flambé with the appropriate torch.
Oltre alla classica presentazione, possiamo aggiungere granella di nocciole, frutta, o caramello preparato con zucchero di canna e acqua, fatto sciogliere in padellino e posto a raffreddare su una superficie fredda creando delle forme.
