It is made from the valuable ventral part of the exceptional quality of tuna from the Cantabrian Sea. It is soft
fillets, very delicate and with a refined flavor. It is ideal to be served and enjoyed without any processing,
but can be accompanied according to one’s taste by a few drops of lemon or fine vinegar.
