PINSA BASE.

Pinsa base worked by hand, with Sibari rice flour. High digestibility guaranteed by 72 hours of leavening. It can be stored outside the refrigerator and has a long shelf life, thanks to the “oxygen-eating” technology inside the package, which allows no alcohol to be used, leaving the flavor of the raw materials intact.

Pinsa Romana with Roast Beef, tuna sauce and gambino caper flower / with Roman-style puntarelle, Cantabrian anchovies and yellow and red cliegini.




FOCUS BASE.

Handmade focaccia. It can be stored out of the refrigerator and has a long shelf life, thanks to the “oxygen-eating” technology inside the package, which allows no alcohol to be used, leaving the flavor of the raw materials intact.

Focaccia with porchetta, burger sauce and dried Tropea red onions.




ROUND GLUTEN FREE

Gluten-free (gluten-free), handmade, lactose-free pizza. Vegan product. It stores outside the refrigerator and has a long shelf life. Made in aseptic laboratory in total absence of contamination. It is distinguished by a taste quality inimitabule in the segment and a fragrant texture.
