Out-of-pack ingredients: 1 liter whole milk, or alternatively 880 ml whole milk and 200 ml fresh cream.
PREPARATION:
Time: 4 minutes
Method: 1 pouch per liter of milk.
Bring the milk to a boil (80°). Remove from heat and add for each liter of milk the contents of one sachet. Stir with a whisk. Pour into small cups or 20-22 molds and place in the refrigerator (+4°) for about 3 hours.
Il prodotto va ben sciolto e dosato uniformemente. Guarnire con amaretti, granella di nocciole e topping caramello.
