100% Italian product. Harvested in Veneto. The radicchio is selected and processed by hand. Once the nonconforming leaves have been removed, the radicchio moves on to bottom cutting, which is trimmed until only the most tender part is left. Hand grilling does not burn the leaves, but respects their color and organoleptic qualities.
Ideal for filling calzones, rustics and gourmet pizzas and side dishes.
For an ideal 33-cm pizza, use 90 to 100 g of radicchio.
